 oregano, grill potato, Peruvian corn, rocoto sauce

 

Yuquita Dorada

Cassava fritters stuffed with Ribeye, Raising, olive, and sarsa criolla,

mix green and rocoto aioli

 

Tiradito del Puerto

Fresh fish, aji Amarillo tiger milk, grill pineapple, radish,

Sweet potato, choclo, cancha, cilantro

 

Lomito en su huancaina

ribeye, mushroom, red onion, peppers, spaghetti in Aji

 Amarillo cream, fresh cheese, milk, and parmesan.

 

Arroz Con Mariscos  

Peruvian paella, aji panca, aji Amarillo, white wine, corn, shrimp,

octopus, squid, mussels, and salsa criolla.

 

Maracuya

Chocolate mousse, and passion fruit ice cream.
